Rouyn-Noranda Airport (International Code YUY) is located 15 km from downtown Rouyn-Noranda. Air Canada offers six daily flights to Rouyn-Noranda from Montreal (Dorval International Airport). Car rental is available upon arrival at Rouyn-Noranda Airport. Dorval International Airport in Montreal (International Code YUL) has a variety of airlines for Europe (Air Canada, Air France, British Airways, Lufthansa, etc.) and for the United States of America (Air Canada, American Airlines, United Airlines, Delta, Continental Airlines, etc.). So for those interested, you can contact your travel agency for reservation.

From Quebec City, Montreal or Ottawa, here is how to get through town to go to Mike’s Outfitter / Darby Marina when arriving in Rouyn-Noranda:

You will arrive in town on 117 North, which is then called Lariviere Street . After 7 circulation lights, Lariviere Street changes its name to Avenue du Lac on which you continue. Follow Osisko Lake by keeping your left lane. At the 8th circulation light, turn left on Gamble Est Street. Continue straight on this street, which will take the name of Gamble Ouest at the 9th circulation light. At the 12th circulation light, go through the underpass. Then Gamble Ouest Street will change into Rideau Blvd (still 117 North). Go through the 5 circulation lights left bringing you out of town of Rouyn-Noranda (still on Rideau Blvd.). Continue through small towns called Evain and Arntfield (still on 117 North). A few minutes after the small town of Artnfield, turn right at the « Y » intersection (117 North). Continue for about 5 kilometres and you will see small sign « Lac Kanasuta ». Take the secondary road on your right, pass the railroad tracks, and keep your left on Côté St. (portion unpaved). Then turn slight right onto Roberts St. (portion unpaved) to Darby Marina, where you will park your vehicle during your stay at Mike’s Outfitter. Upon arrival, call Mike’s Outfitter at 819-763-7862.

From Quebec City, Montreal or Ottawa, here is the instruction by the back logging road to Dasserat River where you will park your vehicle:

Follow the same above-mentioned route until small sign « Lac Kanasuta ». Instead of turning right on the secondary road to go to Darby Marina, continue on 117 North for about 17 km (approximately 10 minutes). After a curve, you will see on your right the sign “Roc Mec”. Take this gravel road for 19 kilometres. Always keep your right. Afterwards, you will meet two “Y” intersections with « Roc Mec » signs. Keep to your right at both intersections. Park vehicle at Dasserat River which is about 500 feet before a bridge that is now closed.

From Toronto, here is how to get to Mike’s Outfitter / Darby Marina:

Once in North Bay, stay on Highway 11 North. Once you get to New Liskeard, keep going straight on Highway 11. Just before the town of Englehart, you will see 624 North to Larder Lake, which is on your right. Take this 624 North until you get to Lader Lake. At the end of 624 North, you will see 66 East, which is a right hand turn. Take 66 East to the Quebec Border. Once you see the sign “Quebec Border”, you will do about 14 km and then see a small sign “Lac Kanasuta” on your right. Take the secondary road on your left, pass the railroad tracks, and keep your left on Côté St. (portion unpaved). Then turn slight right onto Roberts St. (portion unpaved) to Darby Marina, where you will park your vehicle during your stay at Mike’s Outfitter. Upon arrival, call Mike’s Outfitter at 819-763-7862.

Once you get to New Liskeard, you can take Route 65 to Notre-Dame-du-Nord, then continue on 101 North for approximately 45 minutes. Then, turn left at the « Y » intersection (117 North) just before small village named “Arntfield”. Continue for about 5 kilometres and you will see small sign « Lac Kanasuta ». Take the secondary road on your right, pass the railroad tracks, and keep your left on Côté St. (portion unpaved). Then turn slight right onto Roberts St. (portion unpaved) to Darby Marina, where you will park your vehicle during your stay at Mike’s Outfitter. Upon arrival, call Mike’s Outfitter at 819-763-7862.

From Toronto, here is the instructions by the back logging road to Dasserat River where you will park your vehicle:

You will meet two “Y” intersections with « Roc Mec » signs. Keep to your right at both intersections. Park vehicle at Dasserat River which is about 500 feet before a bridge that is now closed.
